Senior Estimator - POS Retail Manufacturing

We are looking for an Estimator to support the continued growth of our business.

The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and project profitability.

As part of a small department with demanding deadlines, attention to detail and analytical thinking are essential for success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain excellent communication and working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers

• Address queries and potential issues sensitively and assertively

• Resolve issues independently when required

• Receive and interpret enquiries from internal and external customers

• Work closely with the Project Manager to understand the requirements for each project

• Create and manage new quotes within the CRM database

• Obtain cost-effective subcontract quotes

• Source new suppliers to ensure the best value for the business

• Ensure overall project profitability by liaising with Project Managers and selecting the correct suppliers

• Full training will be provided

• Excel experience is an advantage

• Own transport required

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 per year (depending on experience)

• Casual dress

• On-site parking

• Full-time, Permanent

• Monday to Friday schedule

• Location: In-person (no remote work)
