Print & Vinyl Shop Operative

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable Direct-to-Media & Vinyl Shop Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will operate printing and vinyl production equipment, ensuring high-quality output while meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with vinyl cutting, paper trimming, and laminating processes
• Monitor production quality and identify defects or print issues
• Set up machines according to job specifications and production schedules
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Operate direct-to-media flatbed printers and related production equipment

Requirements

• Previous experience in print production, Vinyl shop environment
• Good attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to operate machinery and follow technical instructions
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good knowledge of print process and pre-press requirements.
• Print calibration knowledge
