Senior Account Manager

 

Job purpose

 

To meet the continued growth of the business, you will need to be a confident self-starter with excellent communication skills. You must have the ability to grow the existing client base and see projects through from brief to delivery. You will work with some prestigious brands that work to very short deadlines. This is a fast pace role that requires cross function interaction on a daily basis.

 

Duties and responsibilities

 

  • Management of Key accounts for sales and profit development.
  • Develop effective relationships with key customers.
  • Have a strong understanding of company products and competitors in the market.
  • Take a full brief from clients and fully understanding their needs.
  • To be responsible for the management of the projects through effective project tracking process.
  • Collaborate with Design and Sales Admin teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Ensure that clients concepts can be successfully developed and manufactured.
  • Achieve set targets.

Desirable

  • Working knowledge of the cosmetics, or similar industry.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management experience.
  • Customer focused.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Good Word & Excel skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
